			<description><![CDATA[ Does anyone know the scoop on the WHC fellowship with Dr. Peck?  Apparently, he has two fellows and then there is a &quot;chair's fellow&quot;.  Is the chair's fellow the only fellow considered for the WHC spot?<br><br>Also whats going on with this program?  Everyone says its faltering, however it just added the new Med/Derm spot.  Maybe its just that the other 2 DC programs folded, so everyone thinks this one is?<br><br>Any insight? ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I know there was the whole debate about surgeons not wanting dermatologists to have the title &quot;surgeon&quot; so there's now &quot;procedural&quot; derm fellowships.  What exactly do they entail in terms of training?  Do you get laser and chemical peel training?  Liposuction?  How about any Mohs training?  It would be nice to have the cosmetic training in addition to some medically necessary training like Mohs.  Also, are all the programs listed on Freida it for the fellowships? My question involves the reading load.<br>I've heard from some derm residents that most derm residents read 2-3 hours per night!?<br>Is this true?
