I ask b/c my school has a program that is funded w/ a stipend btw years 2 and 3, which I haven't heard a lot of comments on. Does anyone have any ideas about how to make themselves standout? Almost everyone who applies in derm has high grades, good scores and good letters. That means there has to be something to make you stand out so the person who reviews your application thinks "wow, i have to meet this person".
