Stanford Dermatology Clinical Trials Fellowship Available starting July 1, 2008. Applicants should have graduated from a United States medical school and have an interest in academic dermatology, specifically the design and execution of studies addressing novel therapeutic modalities for common adult skin conditions. It is preferred that the applicant have at least one year of training in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Transitional Medicine.

The applicant will function as the primary medical doctor/evaluator for clinical trials pertaining to skin aging, sun exposure and skin cancer prevention and wound healing.

The trainee will be encouraged to attend weekly departmental didactic lecture sessions as well as Grand Rounds conferences. Attendance at the AAD annual meeting (or other appropriate conference) is encouraged. The applicant will be encouraged to participate in scholarly activities, including drafting manuscripts for publication and presenting work at local or national conferences.
